Uses.

Generic Ceftin (cefuroxime axetil) is classified under the cephalosporin family of drugs. Generic Ceftin is made to treat a variety of infections caused by bacteria, including several life-threatening contam- inations. Generic Ceftin is most of used to treat infections in the skin, throat, ear, lung, and sinus. This medication is also prescribed to treat sexually transmitted diseases including gonorrhea. Generic Ceftin may be used to treat a variety of other conditions, consult a doctor before using this medication for alternative uses.

Side effects.

Always read the ingredients before taking this or any other medication to ensure that there are no elements that may elicit an allergic reaction. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any of the following side-effects associated with an allergic reaction: hives, shortness of breath, swelling of the lips, tongue, throat or face. The following are serious side-effects associated with Generic Ceftin. Imme- diately contact a medical professional if you experience any of the following conditions:
chest pain, irregular heartbeat; bloody or watery diarrhea; blood bound in urine; convulsions or seizures; unusual bleeding; jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes); discolored or darker urine, fever, disorientation or weakness; fever, chills, body aches, flu symptoms; blistering, numbness, muscle pain or weakness, bruising or an unusual tingling sensation; swollen glands, rash or itching, joint pain, or general ill feeling; increased thirst, loss of appetite, swelling, weight gain, feeling short of breath,; inability to urinate, or urinating less than usual or not at all; or sore throat, and headache with a severe blistering, peeling, and red skin rash.

 सीने में दर्द, अनियमित दिल की धड़कन;  खूनी या पानीदार दस्त;  मूत्र में रक्त;  ऐंठन या दौरे;  असामान्य रक्तस्राव;  पीलिया (त्वचा या आंखों का पीला होना);  फीका पड़ा हुआ या गहरा मूत्र, बुखार, भटकाव या कमजोरी;  बुखार, ठंड लगना, शरीर में दर्द, फ्लू के लक्षण;  छाला, सुन्नता, मांसपेशियों में दर्द या कमजोरी, चोट या असामान्य झुनझुनी सनसनी;  सूजी हुई ग्रंथियां, दाने या खुजली, जोड़ों का दर्द, या सामान्य बीमार भावना;  बढ़ती प्यास, भूख न लगना, सूजन, वजन बढ़ना, सांस लेने में तकलीफ होना;  पेशाब करने में असमर्थता, या सामान्य से कम या बिल्कुल भी पेशाब नहीं करना;  या गले में खराश, और एक गंभीर छाला, छीलने और लाल त्वचा लाल चकत्ते के साथ सिरदर्द

Before taking Generic Ceftin, consult your doctor if you have a history of any of the following medical conditions: Diabetes, kidney disease, liver problems, malnourishment, or intestinal problems such as colitis. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or plan on becoming pregnant before taking this medication.
